Just remembered a time when I was younger, looking through a cookbook I found a fritata recipe I wanted to make. When I mentioned it to my ex he kind of chuckled, and expresed his doubt about my ability to make the dish.
I make a fritata about once a month now. Last night I did it without a recipe.

It had no crust. I say frittata.
