The list goes on forever and the cleaning never ends

 Or does it not begin? I can't tell. I think I clean sometimes, but when I look around my apartment it seems I haven't in a very long time. Apparently throwing my shoes in the general direction of my shoe rack doesn't count. I have Friday off, so I have two goals for that day:

FINISH LAUREN'S BIRTHDAY GIFT (so that she gets it before she is 26)

and

CLEAN! CLEAN! REALLY, REALLY CLEAN!

It would be very nice to walk into my apartment and sigh because DAMN it just looks and smells so nice. Maybe if I can accomplish those things in a reasonable amount of time I could also finish painting the last three flower pots white and the wall-art project I started in January. Finally finish hanging things? It has been a year since I moved in, after all.

But suddenly my two goals are turning into ten thousand. Okay, back to two ONLY.
