Update: Store owner testifies Pitonyak bought hacksaw and cleaning supplies - Breaking News

"Pitonyak's defense team admitted in opening arguments Tuseday that the former UT student shot Jennifer Cave but did not take actions pursuant to the definition of murder."

Hmm... He admits that he shot her and she wound up dead - in pieces - in his bath tub. I haven't heard anything about him trying to take her to an emergency room, or call an ambulance. To me, shooting someone and not trying to secure some sort of life saving aid for them is murder. Especially if you go on a Mexican vacation the next day.

I totally agree with you, but unfortunately you never know what a jury will think these days...

I hope he dies. Of all the people we kill with the death penalty I hope he is one of them.

Who was the gun registered to and why did the prosecution NOT provide the documentation IN COURT? Why would prosecution NOT show the EXACT chain of custody of this weapon from purchase to the hands of Pitonyak?

How did Pitonyak get the gun? Whose gun was it? How did Hall leave DNA evidence on the gun?

Whose IS Maurice Padillo?

Was the face of Pitonyak clearly seen in the video?

Were the Breed's involved in a scandal involving building code violations in Austin?

What were the EXACT drugs found in both Pitonyak and Cave's bodies?

"This is NOT going to be a whodunit?" Convenient.
