My sister got married ..

Sunday, October 15th, 2006

She looked great, despite the ridiculous humidity and threatening rain/clouds at her outdoor wedding. It all went off without a hitch. I drank her share of the champagne.

Lauren took better photos than the photographer, as far as I can tell. In fact, the maid of honor and the new sister-in-law even started to direct the photo-taking show before it was over. I quite appreciate this, all of the photos would have been taken in the same damn gazebo. This is my favorite that Lauren took. My sister and Matt are in the background looking at gifts, my cousin's son Donovan is the little boy farthest from us. The light, heights, and parallelism are all wonderful. Yay Lauren!

He says he loves me....

And doesn't he look nice (not counting the look on his face concerning my affection)? We went shopping the night before. My mom made him dance with me later.

Lauren says this is her favorite picture. It would be mine if there were not vehicles in it. Me + empty parking lot + trees + sky = eerie cool version of this picture. Now who could get into illustrator and make that happen...? Maybe get rid of the telephone pole behind my head too.

All of these photos, and more, can be found on Lauren's Flickr account. Thanks for letting me use them LK, even though I didn't ask first.

That would be so awesome if someone could get into illistrator and fix that picture! It would be the coolest thing in the entire world. You never have to ask.

I also agree that it would be awesome if someone could get into illustrator and fix that picture. But if that person wanted to fix the picture they should probably use photoshop. Now if they wanted to make it cool looking, they'd probably use illustrator and that would be the coolest thing in the entire world. It's just too bad there's nobody out there that could do something that cool.

And why couldn't some person do a little bit of both? A little photoshop session, a little illustrator, and voila! Two extremely awesome photos! No rush.
