There are quite a few scenarios of what I would like my future life to be like. Today I got up around eight and went to Central Market to get breakfast. It's basically like Whole Foods, and it's owned by a big southern grocery store chain, but the first one was built in Austin and I love it. Plus, they really do have the best produce at the best price (compared to Whole Foods). Near nine it is quietly buzzing with people. You can still walk slowly through the isles, soaking in all of the sights and delicious smells without running into someone, or being run into.
I picked out some "breakfast bread" and some really beautiful strawberries, some of my favorite locally brewed "Mint and Honey" green iced tea, and some other fruit. I had a nice little chat with the cashier about South African baby pineapple and then headed home.
As I drove through the parking lot and past the other stores, including a paper store, I made a mental note that I want to make some art paper.
It's not too hot yet so my window was down, and I was able to drive slowly with out many other cars around. I drove and I thought, "This is how every Sunday morning should be." I drove past Einsteins Bagels and made another mental note for next weekend.
As I drove through South Austin, where Mr. A resides, I thought about how much I want to live in the city. Maybe in 78704. It's sort of cliche now, "04" is a really hip part of town to live in. Houses cost a mint and often need that much in renovations afterward. It really is one of the coolest areas around. Nearly everything is accessible by foot or bike. The park is right there, so is Chuy's and Shady Grove and Threadgill's.
04 includes South Congress; where I like to eat, drink, shop, and maybe just sit around outside of Jo's.
This is where I want to live. Within walking/biking distance of all of my favorite places so that on Sunday morning I can get up and walk to Jo's for coffee and muffins and on a Saturday night I can get trashed at the Continental Club listening to live music and then walk home.

Wow.
I wish I woke up early and/or lived in Austin.
Is the zipcode really used a reference point, like you said, '04? Because that's the coolest thing I've ever heard. Ever.
I just love those perfect, this-is-what-life-should-be-like days. I wish there were more of them!
