The Fatness of Being
All of my weight loss efforts have gone to crap. I am fatter than ever, and none of my clothes fit. I am actually only bothered by the fact that none of my clothes fit. Mr. Adventure says he doesn't care, and i believe him, but I want my clothes back. So, I guess I'll try and do something about it. Like lay off of the beer, pizza, soda, and candy. Recently I have had five food groups, those previously mentioned, and salad. Go figure. I hate dieting and exercise, but it has to be done.

I used to hate exercise too. I think you'll find that if you just do it long enough your body will crave the endorphins. And I know you love yoga and yoga definitely counts as exercise, so why not start there?
Oh, Jesus. join the adventure! I, too, am doing that whole crap 'lifestyle' change, and apart from the smoking, it seems to be working. Slowly. VERY slowly. But you know, when you slide back into those clothes, it's a nice feeling.
I haven't slid back into any clothes, yet, but the ones I CAN wear are falling down. So, here's to progress.
Hint: Allow one pizza and beer night a week. It will help you get through. I know it has helped me.
Take walks and get a cruiser bicycle. Listen to music or listen to the world around you. You will have more of those perfect moments like you had a few posts back...
