How I Know I am Still a Nerd

Last night when leaving class I was talking with a girl I share three classes with. I was agreeing with her - I too like to have some time to unwind before I go to sleep at night. I mentioned that I like to watch some PBS, or read and she replied, "PBS?" like she was going to finish by saying, "That's cute!"

I didn't even tell her about the NPR, and how much I love the weekend quiz shows and selected shorts. Instead I just said, "Yep, PBS."
