Killer day three
I cried myself to sleep early last night because I just couldn't take it. At work I can walk off a craving, at home... I haven't figured it out yet. Smoking WAS my break from mundane things like dishes. I can make it through this, I just wonder how long it will last. Will it be this hard for three weeks, six months?

Making a huge change is always a struggle... just try to think about your reasons for doing it in the first place. You're absolutely right, you CAN do this. And I'm SO happy for you!
