Books!

A couple of weeks ago I was really bookin' in up. So, I read True Notebooks, The Dive from Clausen's Pier, and The Lovely Bones all in about a week. True Notebooks took a little bit longer, because I read most of it at work. As for your question, Sam, The Lovely Bones was the one I was teased about at work. It is a very good, quick, read. All three were really good, actually, though I wished that Clausen's Pier had ended differently. I guess the author and I just disagree about how the main character would react. Oh, well. I also listen to books all day while I am at work, but I am not going to list them here because recently they have been the book equivalent of a formula chick flick. I may not be learning anything, but it fills the time.
I'm not reading anything right now, but I am thinking about it. I may finally pick up and read A Million Little Pieces to see what all of the fuss was about before the scandal. Who knows?

Darn, I've already read The Lovely Bones it got a little saccharine but I still enjoyed it. I have handled The Dive From Clausen's Pier a few times but never actually bought it so I might now and True Notebooks sounds like what I always wished Alex's blog would be like. Excellent suggestions all. Thanks Corley.

Let me know how A Million Little Pieces turns out. I've been curious about it, too.
